Thank you for shopping with TidyNest. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Gift cards

Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original packaging
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted.
Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered.

For defective or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping or provide a replacement at no extra cost.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a refund or replacement.
Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
