Refurn Policy

Thank you for shopping with TidyNest. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

  • To start a return, please contact us at laurent_ge@hotmail.com. with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original packaging

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need an exchange for the same product, email us at laurent_ge@hotmail.com.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered.

  • For defective or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping or provide a replacement at no extra cost.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a refund or replacement.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.

  • Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
